At Mercier, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless returns process within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
