How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and express shipping (1-2 business days). Shipping is complimentary on all orders over $150. For orders below this amount, a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Mercier accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition pieces may be final sale.
How do I ensure I choose the right size?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' with specific measurements. As our collections range from slim-fit to oversized silhouettes, we recommend checking the individual garment measurements to find your perfect fit.
